Requirements :

1. Multi-tasking mobile (like s60 series:mobile in which we can use two or more aaplication at a same time)
2. OperaMini
3. BlueFTP v 1.41
4. MobiExplorer v 3.0
5. Texteditor (search here)

Steps:-1. Register with FREE HOSTING service like on 
http://www.freehostia.com/

2.Choose 'own domain name' to register.
3.U'll get two Nameserver(eg. DNS1.FREEHOSTIA.COM, DNS2.FREEHORTIA.COM)
4. Open new tab in opera mini  go to
http://www.co.cc/ to register your FREE DOMAIN.
5. Setup & activate domain name choosing DNS OPTION
6. You'll ask to submit Nameservers, put them (note in step 3)
7. Save it & your domain will be activated. 
8. Close all tab & go to
cp.freehostia.com to access your CONTROL PANEL
9. Now you have to upload your wap content, script
10. You can do it browsing with opera mini or via FTP using MobyExplorer(preffered)
11. Open MobyExplorer>menu> connect> New conetion> Now fill the setting with FTP accaount information (found in CONTROL PANEL)
12. After filling you'll get access to web server file system.
13. You can upload, download, copy-cut-paste, create directory, lots more between local file system(i.e. Phone file manager) and web server file system
